Kumon’s streak as the top education franchise in Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 earned it a spot in the magazine’s inaugural Hall of Fame ranking. This prestigious list honors elite franchise brands that have ranked in the Franchise 500 ranking for 25 or more years consecutively.
Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 has been evaluating and ranking franchise opportunities for 44 years. The company’s ranking formula is based on more than 150 data points that include costs and fees, size and growth, franchisee support, brand strength, financial strength and stability.
“Kumon’s inclusion in the Hall of Fame ranking is a testament to its success as an educational franchise that seeks to enrich the curriculum of students throughout the U.S. and Canada,” said Mike Shim, senior vice president of field and operations for Kumon North America. “We are proud to be included in this list.”
The company’s inclusion in the Hall of Fame isn’t its only ranking in the last year.
